We’re back for another episode of NXT 2.0, and tonight’s show will feature an exciting match that will see Cameron Grimes & Solo Sikoa take-on Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams. The three-way feud between Grimes, Hayes and Solo Sikoa has been some of the best wrestling around as of late, and we expect more wrinkles before the title match at In Your House.

Elsewhere tonight, The Creed Brothers face The Viking Raiders again, Tony D’Angelo Vs. Santos Escobar for family fortune or something of the like, we’ll see more of the Women’s Breakout Tournament, and we expect to see Cora Jade, Nikkita Lyons, etc. And, last but not least, the NXT Champion Bron Breakker will return to the paint-splash brand to answer Joe Gacy’s challenge from last week.

That’s the preview for tonight’s NXT 2.0. Our live coverage will begin from 8PM right here. Let us know if you’re excited about any of it and remember to hit the refresh link below and enjoy the show!

NXT 2.0

Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams come out and Hayes says Solo Sikoa needs to shut his mouth. And in three weeks Melo will reclaim what is his: the North American Championship.

Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams Vs. Solo Sikoa & Cameron Grimes

Grimes and Sikoa can’t decide who will start the match, so both of them attack Trick. Sikoa becomes the legal man and hits a senton, then delivers some kicks to WIlliams. Grimes tags in and continues the offence with more kicks. Grimes hits a sliding knee before applying an abdominal stretch to Trick.

Hayes makes a blind tag and jumps off the top rope with a crossbody to an unaware Grimes. Hayes stays in control of Cameron for a minute but misses a clotheslines and Cameron makes the tag. Sikoa runs roughshod over Trick, hitting a running hip attack in the corner. Hayes distracts Solo and Trick hits a neckbreaker and the Uce is in trouble as we head to the break.

We’re back live and Hayes is holding Sikoa down with a headlock. Solo fights up but Hayes drops him before landing a slingshot elbow drop to the back. Trick tags in but Sikoa knocks him back and makes the tag to Grimes. The North American Champion takes both Hayes and Williams down with forearms and a double hurricanrana that sends them out of the ring.

Grimes gets Hayes back inside after a dive and lands a crossbody off the top. Grimes is ready for the Cave-In but Sikoa tags himself in. Things break down and all four men hit big moves on each other. Hayes drops Grimes with a springboard lariat, then Sikoa hits Melo with Flyin’ Solo. Sikoa goes up top and Grimes wipes out Trick with a Cave-In before Solo lands the Uso Splash for the win.

Winners: Cameron Grimes & Solo Sikoa

The NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly are backstage for an interview. They say they’re terrified of The Creed Brothers. Can’t even sleep. They then burst out laughing and say they have no idea why people are scared of the Creed’s, after all they’ve already beat them. They say they can beat them again and tonight they’re rooting for The Viking Raiders.

NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament

Round 1

Lash Legend Vs. Tatum Paxley

The match gets underway and Lash immediately drops Paxley with a big boot. Paxley tries to create some space but Lash grabs her and lifts her up. Paxley rolls down and applies a headscissors to Legend. Lash escapes but Paxley dropkicks her. Tatum tries to get Legend up for an electric chair but she can’t. Legend shoves her away, then drops her with a boot.

Legend goes out of the ring and whips Paxley’s leg into the ring post. Back inside, Paxley wants a roll-up but Legend rolls through and attacks her leg. Tatum tries rolling to the apron but Lash wraps her leg around the bottom rope and pulls on it. Legend lifts Paxley for a stretch muffler and she thinks about tapping but sits-up and gets Lash down.

Paxley wants the electric chair but again can’t get her up. Paxley avoids Legend in the corner and hits a suplex but the leg is still giving her some trouble. Tatum hits a standing cartwheel splash. One more time Paxley wants the electric chair but still can’t get her up and this time Legend responds with a pump kick for the win.

Winner: Lash Legend

Lash Legend has progressed to the semi-final of the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. She will face the winner of Kiana James and Roxanne Perez.

Tony D’Angelo and his goons are backstage. He tells Santos Escobar things didn’t have to be this way, it’s his fault for being so disrespectful. The two goons bring up past memories of them whacking guys and their methods, suggesting they do the same tonight but Tony says he’s the Don and he’s got it covered.
