RTVE prepares the second edition of Bake off: celebrities in the oven, the pastry contest of La 1 presented by Paula Vázquez which is looking for the best pastry chef or baker in Spain. Fourteen celebrities from the most different disciplines, actors, athletes, presenters, singers and journalists, will fit the apron in this new installment.
In the program, produced in collaboration with BOXFISH, the aspiring celebrity pastry chefs will will learn how to make the most spectacular dessertsThey will discover the most surprising recipes and experience the most hilarious situations.
The participants facing the challenge in this second installment are: Yurena, Isabel Gemio, Lidia TorrentCarmen Morales, Cristina Tárrega, María Adanez, Nagore RoblesCósima Ramírez, Pol EspargaróMario Marzo, Maestro Joao, Finito de Córdoba, Victor Sandoval y Mario Jefferson.
Their creations will be submitted once again to the judgment of the demanding and prestigious jury formed by the chef Paco Roncero; pastry chef Eva Arguiñano and pastry chef Damián Betular. The winner will win a prize that will be donated to the NGO of his choice and will take over from Ana Boyer, winner of the first edition of the contest.
The exciting final, won by Ana Boyerachieved a season maximum and led its broadcasting slot with a 12.9% share and more than 3.1 million viewers.The show was full of emotion and flavor with three final recipes that were an exhibition of creativity and culinary skill.
