The XV ADEA Convention will delve into the emotional wellbeing of managers

The Association of Managers and Executives of Aragon (ADEA) is once again holding its 15th Annual Convention at the Zaragoza Auditorium, focusing this year on a topic of growing relevance: the emotional well-being of business leaders in an environment of constant change. Under the slogan “The Emotional Well-being of Managers in a Changing World“This new event will provide a space for managers to share personal experiences and learnings on the emotional and physical challenges of their work.

The day will begin at 15.30 with accreditations and a networking coffee, followed by the official opening, starting at 4:00 p.m., with a panel discussion on the emotional well-being of managers. This space, coordinated by the president of ADEA, Fernando Rodrigowill feature the participation of Natalia ChuecaMayor of Zaragoza; Mar Vaquero, Vice President and Minister of Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon; Antonio Catalán, president of AC Hotels by Marriott; and Sergio Oslé, CEO of Telefónica Spain. In this format, the guests will share professional and personal experiences, so that attendees can get to know the most human side of all of them.

From 5.30 p.m. onwards, the second tableentitled “Your rose and your thorn”.will present an emotional format where representatives of several Aragonese companies will reveal crucial experiences: “their rose”, a positive learning they gained from that experience, and “their thorn”, a difficult experience or challenge they faced. The speakers at this round table will be Susana Alejandropresident of the Saica Group; Fernando GilGeneral Manager of BSH Electrodomésticos España; Susana RemachaGeneral Manager of Stellantis Zaragoza; Íñigo de YarzaCEO of Henneo; and Enrique TorguetFirst Vice-President of ADEA and Director of Communications at Grupo Ágora, who will be in charge of coordinating the round table.

The XV ADEA Convention will conclude at 6:45 p.m. with a lecture by Xavier Marcet, an expert in Management and Humanism, who will offer a reflection on emotional management in business leadership. ADEA EXECUTIVE AWARDS CEREMONY

Afterwards, from 7.30 p.m. onwards, there will be the ADEA Awards Gala, which recognize the outstanding work of executives in Aragón at eleven categories. The Awards will be conducted by Gemma Español, head of the Civil, Commercial and Litigation practice of A&P Abogados and second vice-president of ADEA; and Carlos Lópezpartner at Coreangels Barcelona, coordinator of the Higher Degree in Digital Business at ESIC Business and Marketing School and member of the board of directors of ADEA.
