The commissioner of the Koldo case, Victor de Aldama, will testify this Thursday at his own request before the head of the Central Court of Instruction number 2 of the National High Court, Ismael Moreno, who on Monday agreed to his request through an order to which this newspaper has had access. The investigated is summoned at 10.00 a.m. on November 21.
This same Monday, Victor de Aldama’s lawyer sent a letter to the National Court to request a new statement from his client. The document cites article 400 of the Criminal Procedure Law (LeCrim), which states: “The defendant may declare as many times as he wishes, and the judge will immediately receive his statement if it is related to the case”. Currently, the commissioner is currently in preventive custody. due to another case related to hydrocarbon fraud.
