The Attorney General of the State, Álvaro García Ortizhas asked the Supreme Court which subpoena to testify as a witness the Chief of Cabinet of the Presidency of the Community of Madrid, Miguel Ángel Rodríguezin the case in which he is being investigated for the alleged disclosure of secrets attributed to Alberto González Amador, partner of the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso.

As advanced by La Vanguardiathe head of the Public Prosecutor’s Office – through the State Attorney’s Office – requested the court to summon Rodriguez to appear, since he considers that there are “indications” that he had access to part of the e-mails. that were leaked in which it is stated that the defense of Gonzalez Amador proposed a pact to the Prosecutor’s Office for alleged tax crimes.

The request of García Ortiz’s defense takes place after the Supreme Court investigating judge, Ángel Luis Hurtado, authorized the entry and search of his office in search of evidence for the case.. The Prosecutor’s Office appealed this procedure, considering that the magistrate did not give adequate reasons for it.

This same Tuesday, Rodriguez has reacted in his account of the social network X (formerly Twitter). “Attorney General: if you call me to testify you will go pá’lante!!!”, he has published.
