The Association of Managers and Executives of Aragon (ADEA) celebrates, one more year, its Annual Convention, focused, on this occasion, on a topic of growing relevance: the emotional well-being of business leaders in an environment of constant change. Under the slogan “The emotional well-being from management in a changing world”, the Zaragoza Auditorium will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, November 19a day in which more than 1,300 executives will share personal experiences and learnings about the emotional and physical challenges of their work.
The day will start at 3.30 p.m. with accreditations and a networking coffee, followed by the official opening, starting at 4 p.m., with a panel discussion on the emotional well-being of managers. This space, coordinated by president of ADEA, Fernando Rodrigowill feature the participation of Natalia ChuecaMayor of Zaragoza; Mar VaqueroVice President and Minister of Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon; Sergio OsléCEO of Telefónica Spain; and Antonio Catalán, President of AC Hotels by Marriott. In this format, the guests will share professional and personal experiences, so that attendees will be able to get to know the most human side of all of them.
From 5.30 p.m. onwards, the second table, titled “Your Rose and Your Thorn.”will present an emotional format where the representatives of various companies Aragonese companies will reveal experiences crucial: “their rose,” a positive learning they gained from that experience, and “their thorn,” a difficult experience or challenge they faced. The speakers will be Susana Alejandro, president of Grupo Saica; Fernando Gil, general manager of BSH Electrodomésticos España; Susana Remacha, general manager of Stellantis Zaragoza; Íñigo de Yarza, CEO of Henneo, and Enrique Torguet, vice-president of ADEA and director of Communication at Grupo Ágora, who will be in charge of coordinating the round table.
The XV ADEA Convention will conclude at 6.45 p.m. with the conference by Xavier Marcetan expert in Management and Humanism, who will offer a reflection on emotional management in business leadership.

Afterwards, from 7.30 p.m. onwards, there will be the Award Gala of the ADEA Awardswhich recognize the outstanding work of executives in Aragon in eleven categories.
