The gala of Junior Eurovision left a great taste in the mouth thanks to the brilliant performance of Chloe DelaRosa, who represented Spain at the event with Like Lolaa song that she defended to perfection, together with her dancers.
After the gala, the nine-year-old girl from Extremadura attended the press covering Junior Eurovision at the Caja Mágica in Madrid, where the event was held. Chloe came in a creditable sixth position and made it clear that here, the important thing is the experience.
Chloe, how are you, how do you feel?In a class of its own.
How have you lived the moment of the voting? We have seen you a little upset…Let’s see, with a lot of emotion. I’m very proud of Georgia. It was a super cool performance. All the kids were very high level.
You did very, very well. How did you feel on stage and when you got off?Well, the truth is that I wanted to stay up there longer (laughs). But I had a great time. I gave it my all and I loved it.
Have you felt the energy of the public in the Magic Box?I loved it because there were people getting excited, super cute. There were little girls. I was really excited and you could feel the emotion. You could hear them screaming.
How are you going to celebrate this 6th place?Well, I guess now at the hotel we’re going to make a big deal of it with all the kids and give it our all.
Are you getting ready for the Benidorm Fest?Well, I don’t know yet, but I would like to.
What have you liked the most of all this time in Junior Eurovision?Well, I think that what I have liked the most has been the people I am meeting. I also really like La Caja Mágica. The first time I went up there, I was amazed by the colors and the experience, which I will never forget.
Have you had a chance to pick up your cell phone and what have you seen, what messages have they sent you?The problem is that I don’t have internet… but I was talking to my mother and the other children. I haven’t seen any messages, but now they will be celebrating and they will be super happy. Then I will write to Andria tonight.
What would you say to all the kids coming up next as advice? That they enjoy it very much, that it is an experience that they will never forget, because it is incredible, you meet many new people and that it doesn’t matter what position they get, but the experience.
What do you think Lola Flores would have thought of your performance?Well, I think she would be very happy, because Lola Flores, as you know, has a lot of art, I think she would be very happy.
How do you think you are going to be received at school?Well, very well, because my classmates are incredible, they are wonderful and so is my teacher. All the kids at my school are wonderful. I think they are going to receive me very well.
