The Aragonese Association of Writers (AAEE) will remind Rosendo Tellothe great poet Aragonese who passed away last June and who was honorary president of the AAEE, with the second act of tribute organized in his memory. It will be held on November 28at 7:00 p.m. at the IAACC Pablo Serranowith free admission until full capacity is reached.
The event will be attended by Joaquín Sánchez Vallés, Félix Teira and José Carlos Mainer.who will talk about their life and work, of the great friend and extraordinary poet, perhaps not sufficiently recognized at the national level, but who left an extensive work, very inspiring for his contemporaries and later generations. We will also remember the literary environment he lived in, in which he frequented the café Niké, which was attended by Miguel Labordeta, among other great names of Aragonese culture. His literary production includes books such as “Paréntesis de la llama” (1975), “Meditaciones de medianoche” (1982), “Las estancias del sol” (1990), “Más allá de la fábula” (1998) or “Regreso a la fuente” (2011).
His poems will be recited byMaría José Moreno, Luis Felipe Alegre and Luis Trébol. In this event, which will be attended by musical performance by Joan Chicwill also present the re-release of his book “Beyond the fable”. (Editorial Comuniter), which has a prologue by Antón Castro.

Another important event organized by the AAEE for the month of November, will take place on day 24 with the premiere of the play “Farsis”. by Rosa Ruiz Cebollero, at 6:00 p.m. at el Salvador Allende Civic Center (Florentino Ballesteros, 8, Zaragoza). The book will be presented and the play will be performed (theater read) by the performers: Luis Trébol, María José Pardo, Amparo Baró and Susana Cilleruelo. The author will sign copies of her work. The event will be presented by Pilar Aguarón Ezpeleta, president of the AAEE. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
With regard to the stable cycles organized by the AAEE, the November 18 a new session of “Counting in short”.at 7 p.m., at Ámbito Cultural of El Corte Inglés (Paseo Independencia, 11, Zaragoza), in collaboration with this cultural space. The following writers will participate: Alix Rubio Calatayud, Ana Moraño Diéguez, Carlos Tundidor Diaus, Pilar Laín Meléndez and Sagrario Ramírez Martínez. Session dedicated to Manuel Derqui, important Aragonese storyteller of the last century and to the art of Flannery O’Connor’s short stories. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
The AAEE has organized, on November 22ndThe II Literary Days for Equality to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. It will take place at 11 a.m. at the Zuera Penitentiary Center with the participation of writers Pilar Aguarón Ezpeleta, Mar Blanco and Elena Laseca.
Also on Friday November 22nda new session of the series “Poetry for the lost”, organized by the Asociación Aragonesa de Escritoras y Escritores, at 8:00 pm, at La Casa de Zitas (Agustina de Aragón street, 30, Zaragoza), with the collaboration of this cultural space. The poets Anabel Corcín, Inma Benítez and Trini Lucea will participate. The musical performance will be in charge of Nico Cassinelli. Free admission until full capacity.
