The examining magistrate Juan Carlos Peinadowho is leading the investigation against Begoña Gómezhas indicted this Monday the former Minister of Health of the Government of Esperanza Aguirre Juan José Güemes for the hiring of the wife of the President of the Government at the Instituto de Empresa. Previously, the director of Human Resources of the IE assured Peinado that Güemes had ordered him to hire Gómez. This Monday, the judge has questioned as a witness the ex-counselor of the Community of Madrid about the hiring process and, according to sources present in the statement, the “evasive” answers of the interrogated have led Peinado to charge him.
