Carlos Sobera began saying this Monday, in the special 2,000 programs of First Dates that “I am the luckiest man in the world in love, and the day deserves it. Almost nine years ago, I was proposed to be the maitre d’ of a restaurant”.
“But not just any restaurant, the restaurant of love, First Dates. The name was difficult, but the idea was not. I never imagined that it would be one of the luck of my life,” added the Basque.
Who went on to say, “I do not forget, April 17, 2016, that day we opened the doors of First Dates for the first time and this Monday we are celebrating 2,000 programs.”
“Thousands of people have passed through here, and for many, love has changed their lives, and for us… too. Matías, Laura, Cristina and Marisa, who are already part of the family.
At that moment, his colleagues from the staff of Cuatro’s veteran format appeared on the premises, surprised to see the presenter alone walking around the restaurant.
