The Association of Managers and Executives of Aragon has already unveiled the shortlists of finalists of its prestigious awards annual awards. Through 11 categoriesThese awards recognize the work of managers whose tasks and responsibilities are carried out in a company located in Aragon. On this occasion, Clara ArpaCEO of Arpa mobile campaign teams; Fernando Gilgeneral director of BSH Electrodomésticos, and Nacho ReyCEO of Grupo Rey Corporación, are the candidates for the ADEA Executive Award of Aragón.

These awards will be presented, starting at 7:30 p.m.after the XV Executives Conventionwhich will take place on November 19 at the Zaragoza Auditorium, and which this year will focus on a topic of growing relevance: “The emotional wellbeing of the manager in a changing world”..

ADEA AWARD FINALISTS IN THE REST OF THE CATEGORIES.

This year, the finalists for the ADEA Talent Management Awards are Carlos LarrazCEO & co-founder of Funiglobal (Funidelia); Santiago Calleja, Director of Corporate Human Resources of Grupo Jorge, and Antonio Sangódirector Esic Aragón.

For its part, Alberto Sainzpresident of Anagan Correduría; Ana Robledo, director of Marketing and Communication of Pikolin, and Manuel Torrescommercial director of Eboca, are eligible for the ADEA Award for Commercial-Marketing Management.

The finalists for the ADEA Award for Foreign Promotion are David FañanásCEO of Modisprem S.A.; Jaime and Francisco Javier Magén, directors and founding partners of Magén Arquitectos, and Marcos LatorreInternational CEO of Hiberus.

The finalists for the ADEA Innovation Award are Sergio Santo DomingoGlobal R&D and Innovation Director of Fersa Bearings S.A; Pablo Murillodirector of Additive Manufacturing at Aitiip Centro Tecnológico, e Iván José Galindoexecutive director of Worldpathol Global United S.A.

The candidates for the ADEA Social Work Award are Sara ComengeManaging Director of Fundación Valentia Huesca; Consuelo Ciriapresident of Fundación Aspace Zaragoza, and Rafael CalvoPresident of the Asperger and TGDS Association of Aragon.

The ADEA Awards will be conducted by Gemma Españolhead of the Civil, Commercial and Litigation area of A&P Abogados and vice-president of the board of directors of ADEA, and Carlos Lópezpartner at Coreangels Barcelona and coordinator of the Higher Degree in Digital Business at ESIC Business and Marketing School and member of the board of directors of ADEA.

XV EXECUTIVE CONVENTION

The Convention of the Association of Directors and Executives of Aragon. will kick off, starting at
3:30 p.m.with accreditations and a networking coffee, followed by the official opening, starting at 4:00 p.m., with a table in conversation format under the motto “The emotional well-being of the manager in a changing world”.for managers to share personal experiences and learnings about the emotional and physical challenges of their work.

This space, coordinated by the president of ADEA, Fernando Rodrigowill feature the participation of Natalia ChuecaMayor of Zaragoza; Mar VaqueroVice President and Minister of Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon; Sergio OsléChief Executive Officer of Telefónica España; and Antonio Catalánpresident of AC Hotels by Marriott. In this format, the guests will share professional and personal experiences, so that attendees will be able to get to know the most human side of all of them.

Starting at 5:30 p.m.the second round table, entitled “Your rose and your thorn”.will present an emotional format where representatives of several Aragonese companies will reveal crucial experiences: “Their rose”, a positive learning they gained from that experience; and “Their thorn”, a difficult experience or challenge they faced. The speakers at this round table will be Susana Alejandro, president of the Saica Group; Fernando Gil, general manager of BSH Electrodomésticos España; Susana Remacha, general manager of Stellantis Zaragoza; Íñigo de Yarza, CEO of Henneo, and Enrique Torguet, vice-president of ADEA and director of Communication at Grupo Ágora.

The XV ADEA Convention will conclude at 6:45 p.m. with a lecture by Xavier Marcetan expert in Management and Humanism, who will offer a reflection on emotional management in business leadership.
