The houses acquired by Sepes have to meet a series of requirements, according to the bases of the call published this Tuesday. Interested parties who have properties of these characteristics in the areas affected by the DANA and wish to sell them to Sepes to rehouse the victims will be able to submit their proposals electronically from the moment the call for bids is published. The deadline for registering bids is expected to last a maximum of ten months. Each dwelling must be presented in an individualized proposal, although there will be no limit to the number of bids. per person.
