The judge Juan Carlos Peinado has asked several companies to inform him about how much they invested in the software which would have been appropriated Begoña Gómezthe wife of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchezas recorded in a series of official documents.

It also sent an official letter to another company, Arsys Internet, so that it provides the data of the person and institution that ordered the registration or contracting of the domain https://transformatsc.org/; the name of the person who contacted the aforementioned company; and to provide proof of the payment made both for its services and for the payment of the domain name (with the account number from which the transfer was made); and indicating the person or institution to which the invoice for its services was issued and accompanying such invoice.
Peinado also claims to another company, Human Age Institute, to send “all the information” related to its incorporation to the Extraordinary Chair of Competitive Social Transformation of the Complutense University of in the second half of 2022 and, with special attention, to the platform that is stated as the objective of this incorporation”.
Finally, requires the UCM itself “copy of the Agreement of Creation of the Extraordinary Chair for Competitive Social Transformation, as well as its possible addenda, extensions and extensions”.
These proceedings are part of the extension of the case for allegedly crimes of misappropriation and intrusion. which Peinado agreed on October 31 when admitting the complaint filed by Hazte Oír. The instructor considered it pertinent to investigate Gómez since -during her time as co-director of the chair of Competitive Social Transformation- she “would have registered in her favor” the trademark Competitive Social Transformation and the software of the chair that had been financed by companies, but “always for UCM”.
