Aragon attracts international talent as key to SME growth

Erasmus+ is a program that the Mundus group has been working on for years. This channel, fruit of the collaboration between the Government of Aragon and Mundus, will remain active for one year, offering a free and personalized resource for companies interested in attracting qualified talent from abroad. Through this service, SMEs will be able to access guidance in this process, with the objective of facilitating and optimizing the attraction of global talent in a simple and effective way.

Connecting Aragon with international talent is part of the Aragon Conecta Talento program promoted by the General Directorate. The Talent Plan is an initiative of the Department of the Presidency, Economy and Justice of the Government of Aragon that aims to promote entrepreneurship in new business models (innovation, technology and digitalization); favor the growth and consolidation of SMEs thanks to knowledge transfer, and incorporate and promote the return and attraction of talent.
